The hosts were authentic. They made it a safe place to connect and share your thoughts. Trust and vulnerability set the stage. Having a male and female voice was another nice touch. You need to hear from both genders; we all know we think differently. The breathing exercise to center and ground us all for the activity was nice. To make sure we were present and slow us to be ready to get started.

Hearing that others had been through similar situations was also comforting. Relationships are hard on their own, and knowing I'm not in it alone provided a feeling of empowerment. Thank you to the IT lady who kept the party going, had the music, and helped transition topics. OVERALL a great experience.
